How can I support Doorstep?

Donnington Doorstep is a registered charity and we rely on the generosity of many people to keep us open and thriving.

From the people who use our family drop-in and pop some pennies in the donation jars, to local trusts who give us small grants. From individuals who set up a regular monthly donation to everyone who buys a slice at our mouth-watering cake sales. From a busy parent who takes the time to sort out some old clothes to donate to us, to major grant-making foundations that choose our work to support. From our amazing volunteers who give us their time and talents, to our board members who give their expertise. From local government using us to deliver services, to local businesses who donate goods, money and time to us. From the first person who arrives in the morning to the last person to leave at night!

One of the easiest ways to support Doorstep is while you shop! We are registered with Amazon Smile. Each time you shop, Amazon donates some of the purchase price to us - it's as easy as that and doesn't cost you anything!

Of our annual income (in the region of £400,00) we have to raise £170,00 or more fresh each year. That’s a big task, in a world where so many good causes are vying for your attention.
